2- After closing, can I cancel my home insurance or do I need to keep it?

Yes, once the closing happens, the ownership has changed hands you can cancel the insurance of the property.

4- Do I have to pay any fees for working with you?

No, there is no cost if you are doing direct selling. You do not have to pay for agent commissions or any fees when we buy your mobile home.

6- Do I have to move out immediately after the sale?

We are flexible when it comes to moving out dates, however, we try to close within 3 months of purchase. We can also agree to prolong your occupancy of the property, subject fair terms.

 

7- Can I turn off the utilities before closing?

No. You can only shut the utilities off as soon as the closing is done. But in case the utilities are turned off prematurely, especially during the winter season, and the mobile home freezes, you will incur all fees associated with any minor or major damage.

 

8- Are you willing to purchase mobile homes as-is?

Yes, we always buy mobile homes in As-Is condition.
